StudyFlow collects account details such as name, email, country, education level, preferred language, study activity, quiz results, saved plans, flashcards, and usage counters needed to run the product.

How We Use Data

We use this data to provide authentication, personalize study tools, save progress, enforce monthly limits, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

AI Features

When you use AI tools, the text or files you submit may be sent to our configured AI provider to generate quizzes, summaries, explanations, or study plans. Do not upload sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information.

Service Providers

StudyFlow uses third-party providers for authentication, data storage, hosting, analytics/error monitoring when configured, and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed for the service.

Your Choices

You can update profile details in settings. You may request account or data deletion by contacting the StudyFlow operator through the support channel provided with the beta.
